Hello, if you have the same problem i did and the counter strike source cant find servers you are in the right place. I got it to work like 6 months ago. All you have to do is to restart steam (that worked for me).
If you have windows vista, you should go for windows 7 it works way much better. Also i found a comment where a user sayd that you should Right Click on steam, then click on the open file location and delete everything except steamapps ands steam.exe. After that reopen and i hope it works.
Another way to fix the bug where counter strike source cant find any servers is to mail the steam support team. They should be able to guide you and make your list work.
